Breathing Meditation Session

This Breathing Meditation will help you relax and energize your body by focusing on your breathing.
Depending on your current Well-Being state we will choose most adequate Breathing Techniques (Pranayamas) and I will guide you further into meditation.

As a certified Crisis Consultant I can guide you how to use simple yet effective techniques to quickly Calm the Nervous System, restore your Presence of Mind, and how plan your next steps of going out of this temporal lower frequency state.
